  • Place the paper back into the tray and slide the tray back into the printer.
  • Lower the output tray.

  • Look inside the access door and see if there are any jammed papers inside.
  • Lift the paper path cover using the handle; see the jammed paper underneath and gently take it off the printer.
  • Reinsert the paper path cover into its place and close the cartridge access door.
