  • Unbox the printer package.
  • Remove the documents and accessories, and save them for future use.
  • Take the printer out with utmost care.
  • Remove any protective tapes from the printer.
  • Unlock the toner access door and remove the packing materials from inside.
  • Remove the cartridge carefully from your printer.
  • Avoid touching the roller surface.
  • Remove the orange guides and tapes.
  • Use the tab to remove the protective film.
  • Place the cartridge back in its slot and close the door.
  • Lock the toner access door.
  • Connect the power cable to the printer and an electrical socket.
  • Turn on your printer.


  • Place the supported paper format into the input tray.
  • Slide the paper width guides against the paper.
  • Take out the output tray extension.


Setup HP Laserjet M110WE Printer
  • Visit the official HP USA site.
  • Click the Support tab.
  • Select the Software & Drivers.
  • Enter M110WE in the search field and select Submit.
  • On the next page, click on the Choose a different OS option.
  • In the new pop-up, select your operating system from the drop-down list.

Print Documents

  • Open the HP software.
  • Click the Print option.
  • Select your printer from the list.
  • Click the Properties option to adjust the print settings.
  • Select the tabs in the software to configure other available options.
  • Click OK to go to the Print menu.
  • Enter the number of copies you wish to print.
  • Click OK to start printing.

Print on both sides manually

With your HP LaserJet M110WE printer, you are allowed to print on both sides of the paper, but you must manually load the paper.

  • Go to the HP software.
  • Select your printer to perform the printing task.
  • Choose Properties to make necessary changes to the settings.

  • Select the Layout tab.
  • Choose the number of pages you wish to print per sheet from the Pages per sheet option.
  • Use the Pages per Sheet Layout option to set the correct layout.
  • Tick the Page Borders checkbox if you wish to add borders to your page.
  • Also, choose the paper orientation option and click OK.
  • Click OK in the Print dialog box.

Check your connections:

Make sure you are using the original HP cartridges. The printer has a built-in feature to detect the original cartridges. So, if you were using a non-HP cartridge, your printer would not print as expected.

Check the printer settings:

  • Check if your printer is in Sleep mode. If it isyour printer is in Sleep mode, press the Resume/Cancel button on your printer to wake it up the printer.
  • Hold down the Resume/Cancel button until the Ready status light blinks.

  • At the top- right corner of the Control Panel screen, click the View by drop-down list.
  • Select Large icons.

  • Hold down the Resume/Cancel button until the Ready status light blinks.
